Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT): similar to​ other modern cognitive-behavioral therapies, such as CBT, REBT focuses on how thoughts impact emotions and behaviors.

Adlerian Therapy: an approach that is focused on understanding the unique individual in their social setting to unlock their full potential and meet their goals.

Transactional Analysis (TA) : a "parts" approach that focuses on how parts of people interact in their relationships.

Fees and Reimbursement
Individual Therapy: $150 a session*
Couples/Family: $190 a session**
Therapy Groups: $35 a session

We are currently accepting new clients.

We currently accept private pay and Optum Insurance, which includes most UHC/UMR plans.

Please check with our office prior to your consultation to ensure we accept your insurance plan if you need to utilize your insurance to pay for services.

Some but not all BCBS plans have Optum mental health coverage, which we are able to accept. Please check with your insurer or on your insurance card.

We offer a limited number of sliding scales to clients who can show proof of current need. When provided, sliding scale fees are re-evaluated every three months for continued need.
​
*We accept all major debit/credit cards, and require a card number to be stored on file. Exceptions may be permitted in rare cases. Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged automatically at the rate of $150. Please contact the office to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session or consider switching your appointment to telehealth to avoid this fee.
**We only offer family and couples therapy to pre-existing individual clients on an as-needed basis. Individual therapy clients who would benefit from ongoing family or couples counseling are referred to appropriate services.
